About this role
1:1 Nursing in patient's home for a 7-year-old with tracheostomy, ventilator, gastrostomy, seizures; part-time or per diem shifts (full-time on nearby cases); NYS nursing licensure required; responsible for nursing notes within 24 hours; 1:1 home care with training provided and ongoing support.
