About this role
Provides comprehensive health care services for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency patients at Wrangell Medical Center and Mt. Edgecumbe Medical Center and serves as a community liaison and referral physician for communities and clinics throughout Southeast Alaska; practices comprehensive medical care to inpatients and outpatients, including evaluations, clinical analysis, treatment recommendations, and preventive care, with care for patients of all ages; serves as consultative liaison to village health care providers and referral physicians throughout Southeast Alaska; participates in medical staff functions and QA activities; requires NP or PA degree, board certification, and current Alaska medical license, with required/encouraged certifications; capable of working as the sole provider with support from other physicians
