Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) – Cardiology – Murray, UT (just south of Salt Lake City) with outpatient and inpatient responsibilities at Intermountain Health Medical Center in Murray, UT; 4/10s Mon-Fri with rotating day off and occasional weekends; outpatient ~12 patients/day, inpatient ~2 days/week with interventional cardiology patients; APRN/PA-C from accredited program; Utah license or ability to obtain; credentialing through Intermountain Health; minimum 1 year cardiology experience; potential for new grads with cardiology experience as RN or rotations; Intermountain Health system information and life in Murray description.
