About this role
Hybrid in-person/virtual Behavioral Health Clinician role providing direct clinical services within the Collaborative Care Model for Optum Behavioral Care, embedded with Summit Medical Group, primarily in a primary care setting with a Monday–Friday schedule and one remote day per week.
