About this role
Clinical Pharmacist role at Circle Reading Hospital (Reading) – full-time, 37.5 hours/week, permanent. Responsibilities include medication reviews for inpatients and outpatients, identifying interactions and opportunities for medicines optimisation, reviewing and authorising prescriptions, promoting safe and cost-effective use of medicines, and collaborating with procurement and pharmacy staff. Requires MPharm/BSc/BPharm, GPhC registration, at least 2 years of post-qualification experience, and strong therapeutics knowledge; proficient with EPMA and electronic prescribing.
