About this role
As a Concurrent Inpatient Coding Specialist, you will apply the appropriate diagnostic and procedural codes to medical records for data retrieval, analysis and claims processing, and participate in clinical documentation improvement by evaluating documentation specificity to reflect patient severity, risk of mortality and services rendered; includes interaction with providers and care teams to capture quality documentation.
