About this role
Endocrinology-focused NP/PA role within a Family Medicine team delivering ongoing endocrine care, with ~70% diabetes and 30% thyroid/endocrine cases, 14–16 patients/day with 30-minute follow-ups and 60-minute urgent blocks; outpatient CGM/pump data interpretation, collaboration with in-house CDE via Geckle Center, and Lead Physician-managed calls.
