Full-time role based in Menlo Park, CA. Manage a patient panel in outpatient primary care, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, in-office or testing center visits, occasional tele-health visits, weekly Clinical Rounds, daily huddles with in-office and virtual teams, in-office procedures, and potential licensure/credentialing for virtual care in additional states. Requires completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification and California state licensure by start date.
