About this role
The Health Center Triage RN provides initial patient assessments largely via telephone to determine urgency and appropriate level of care, acts as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians, and collaborates with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care; includes in-person/telephonic nursing assessments, immediate care recommendations, documentation in EMR, and support for providers.
