About this role
Compound sterile medications and infusions for home, outpatient, long-term care, and clinic settings; manage infusion therapies, clinical documentation, QA/PI initiatives, and patient education; serve as pharmacist-in-charge on duty; ensure regulatory compliance and safe therapy administration; participate in inventory, on-call rotation, and use pharmacy systems to review, prepare, dispense, and manage home infusion therapies.
