About this role
Hospice RN position with Mission Healthcare in Salem/Corvallis, OR. Responsibilities include patient/family assessments, care planning, discharge planning, and counseling; requires current RN license, 1 year acute care, BLS/CPR, driver license, and nursing degree with some home health experience preferred.
