About this role
Hospitalist Physician position in a 204-bed community hospital in Waterloo, IA as part of a 22-member hospitalist group; 5 on/5 off, 12-hour day shifts with occasional swing shifts, no night shifts; ICU coverage available but not required; TeleHospitalist service overnight and 7:00a–7:00p with local providers; Epic EMR; H-1B cap exempt with J-1 waiver sponsorship; BE/BC Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians; competitive compensation and benefits with loan forgiveness options; block scheduling, generous CME allowance, malpractice insurance, retirement contributions; Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility.
