About this role
Part-time clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations in patients' homes, with approximately 45-minute visits, including health questions, medication/medical history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests; uses iPad and clinical workflow and is not required to prescribe medication, order lab tests, or alter current treatment.
