About this role
As an Acute Inpatient – Rehabilitation Registered Nurse, you will deliver patient-centered care in line with department standards, collaborating with the care team and following nursing models; you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, manage unit personnel and equipment, participate in quality improvement, and provide patient/family education and admission documentation.
