LPN with Cardiac experience and an IV certificate; responsibilities include patient triage, medication reconciliation, phoning in prescriptions, medication administration, documentation, responding to patient calls, scheduling tests, and assisting with procedures; office hours Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm; no weekends/holidays; orientation provided based on experience
