Local contract Home Health RN role in Shelby County and portions of Fayette and Tipton Counties, providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes with OASIS documentation, case management, and interdisciplinary collaboration; schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 40 hours weekly, possible on-call rotation every 4 weeks, mileage reimbursement, field-based with travel within coverage area.
