About this role
Provide clinical and administrative support for a provider specializing in women's health, men's health, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), wellness optimization, and medical aesthetics; assist with patient consultations, assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care; support aesthetic procedures including neurotoxin treatments (Botox), dermal fillers, laser treatments, and other cosmetic services; educate patients regarding treatment options, aftercare instructions, and wellness programs; coordinate scheduling, patient communication, chart documentation, and treatment preparation; maintain accurate electronic medical records while ensuring privacy and safety standards; contribute to a welcoming, high-quality patient experience in a boutique medical spa environment
