About this role
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) who excels in this role: performs routine clinical and administrative duties in support of assigned area or office, takes vital signs, documents patient history, updates EHR, assists providers with exams, procedures, and medications or injections, performs basic lab tasks, prepares specimens, maintains clean, stocked exam rooms, and supports front office and patient care coordination including scheduling, insurance verification, and patient education.
