About this role
The MinuteClinic Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care via remote technology, collaborating with a team to independently provide holistic, evidenced-based care with accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for patients aged 18 months and older; documentation in an electronic health record and coordination with internal/external colleagues; requiresFlorida and/or Ohio licensure and a Master’s Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner with current board certification.
