About this role
Nurse Practitioner position responsible for evaluation and treatment of patients in hospice, palliative and/or home health programs, collaborating with IDT/IDG and Medical Director, performing exams, determining admission/discharge decisions, managing symptoms, writing orders, interpreting tests, and maintaining patient records.
