About this role
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) with geriatrics focus sought to provide coordinated primary care in nursing homes or assisted living communities, managing acute and chronic conditions, prescribing medications, ordering tests, and collaborating with a supervising physician and facility partners; APRN/PA license required with 3 years’ geriatric clinical experience and fee-for-service experience.
