Provides primary and/or specialty nursing and/or medical care in a variety of healthcare settings at a new pediatric primary care site inside the Boys & Girls Club in Cleveland, OH; collaborates with a physician; manages health assessments, develops diagnosis and treatment plans, may prescribe medications, participates in medical rounds, and supports discharge planning and patient education.
