About this role
Advanced Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide primary and palliative care to homebound and palliative care patients in the Edmond/Oklahoma City region on a full-time basis; responsibilities include comprehensive patient examinations, care planning, diagnostics, prescribing medications and interventions, and coordinating with families and staff.
