Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) sought to join Urogynecology team at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN; 80-90% outpatient, 10-20% inpatient, Monday–Friday day shift with some discussion on clinic needs, collaboration with 6 physicians and 8 PAs; responsibilities include care for pelvic, bladder, and bowel concerns; experience with office-based procedures and care coordination preferred; requires NP/PA degree, current BLS, Indiana APP license, and 2+ years in women's health or OB/GYN (new grads with related RN experience considered).
