About this role
Home Health Occupational Therapist contract in Anchorage, AK; 13-week assignment with ASAP start, Mon-Fri, 8:00am–5:00pm, ~40 hours/week, no on-call; provide OT services in patients' homes, ADL/IADL training, environmental assessments, and coordination with an interdisciplinary team.
