About this role
Coordinates the administrative aspects of the Practice to ensure effective operations, exceptional patient relations, and optimal reimbursement for provided services; acts as primary liaison with other hospital departments, referring practices and outside vendors; ensures compliance with policies and procedures, and applicable laws; optimizes the schedule for patient satisfaction and productivity; codes medical records for billing and documentation; researches medications and authorization programs for oral medications; provides leadership within the office and hospital.
