Orthopedic Surgeon for Sports Medicine at Spanish Fork Hospital within the Intermountain Health Musculoskeletal team, with a mix of OR and in-office orthopedic surgical patients, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, 2 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, CAQ in Sports Medicine preferred, CAQ board certification required, active medical licensure in Utah preferred.
