About this role
Responsible for duties in support of departmental efficiencies including scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission/admission, reception and discharge; obtain complete patient demographics; educate patients on financial liabilities; ensure proper, compliant patient liability collection; verify insurance/benefits/eligibility, obtain authorizations, and coordinate post-discharge care as needed.
