About this role
Responsible for duties in support of departmental efficiencies including scheduling, registration, patient pre-admission/admission, reception and discharge; obtain patient demographics; apply compliant patient liability collection techniques; provide world-class customer service; complete patient registration; handle scheduling, cash reconciliation, insurance verification/authorizations, and post-discharge coordination as needed.
