Physical Therapist opportunity in Rushville, IN in a dual inpatient/outpatient rehabilitation role at a small-town hospital. Split time between inpatient/swing-bed services and outpatient therapy; caseload includes orthopedic, neurologic, balance/vestibular, post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, and work-related injuries. Provides evaluations, plans of care, coordination with nursing/physicians, discharge planning, and patient education; uses manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training with evidence-based practice. Typical weekday hours with occasional extended hours; team-oriented environment with close collaboration among rehab, nursing, and medical staff.
