About this role
Manage medical care for a panel of Veterans enrolled in Primary Care and serve as the leader of the PACT, with duties including electronic medical record documentation, cross-covering for providers, collaboration with PACT members, quality metrics, customer service, quality improvement, licensure maintenance, and driving travel to clinics throughout the health care system.
