Board Eligible/Board Certified Physiatrist sought for Franciscan Physician Network with inpatient/outpatient duties and outreach to Dyer, Munster, Crown Point. Include EMGs, Botox for spasticity/migraine, pain management, prosthetics/orthotics; flexible schedule (Mon-Fri, 36 patient contact hours, 4 admin hours); 1:4 weekend call/rounding; inpatient coverage in Crown Point with outreach to Dyer and Munster; future outpatient focus.
