About this role
Physician to join Primary Care and Community Clinics Care team in Texas City, TX providing comprehensive primary and preventive care under the PACT model for Veterans, with duties including direct patient care, care coordination, education, and research involvement; schedule Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm with rotating day off, extended hours and some Saturdays.
