About this role
The Michael E. DeBakey VA Health Care System seeks physicians to join the Primary Care and Community Clinics Care team in Conroe, TX to provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to Veterans under the PACT model, including care for acute and chronic illnesses, women's health, mental health, and coordination of care; duties include delivering primary/acute/chronic care, patient/family education, and leadership in care program changes; work schedule typically Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with possible extended hours and some Saturdays.
