About this role
The Staff RN implements, directs, communicates and documents the nursing process and provides a safe environment for patients, visitors and associates; responsibilities include performing physical assessments, individualizing care plans, ensuring physician orders are transcribed and carried out, reporting changes in patient condition, and evaluating responses to care and teaching throughout hospitalization and discharge.
