About this role
The RN provides direct and indirect psychiatric nursing care to adult patients and families on the Adult Inpatient Psychiatry unit, using the nursing process to promote safety, recovery, dignity, and therapeutic engagement within a trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care framework.
