About this role
A full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to service patients in Monroe county and surrounding areas, with Monday–Friday daytime hours, providing skilled nursing care in patients’ home settings, developing care plans, coordinating with physicians, educating patients, maintaining records, and participating in on-call duties.
