About this role
ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification required; minimum 5+ years of clinical Neurology experience; virtual/tele-health consults to adult Neurology patients across Indiana; remote collaboration with Neurology team; nine 4-hour clinic sessions per week, 8:00am-5:00PM, no weekends/holidays/call; focus on medication management, referrals, lab/radiology coordination, and triage of discharged patients; remote work with state restrictions on certain states.
