About this role
The Resident Care Director (RCD) serves as the clinical leader for the community, overseeing health, wellness and care coordination to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered services; responsible for clinical excellence, regulatory compliance and team performance, with duties including nursing team management, resident assessments, ISP oversight, medication management, infection control, CLIA leadership, QAPI initiatives, regulatory compliance, staffing, scheduling and budget, and collaboration with Sales for move-in assessment.
