About this role
Under the direct supervision of the Endoscopy Manager, the RN Specialist is knowledgeable in the theory and principles of Endoscopy and Perioperative nursing, responsible for managing the nursing care of all patients in the Endoscopy unit, including delegating to non-professional staff within their scope of practice, flexible to cross train and function in various operative areas including OR, Radiology, travel endoscopies, Pre-op, Recovery, front desk, and decontamination/sterilization of equipment; days from 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with on-call requirements including weekends and holidays; start times may vary; requires ADN or BSN, state of Ohio RN license.
