About this role
The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the 24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an elder-directed care model, implements and evaluates the plan of care, ensures regulatory compliance, facilitates communication to the clinical support team, and supervises nursing staff within 24-hour teams for the assigned group of elders in a transformative long-term care setting.
