About this role
Urgent care Advanced Practitioners (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) provide a wide variety of clinical services in urgent care settings; one year of Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience required; active state medical licensure; prior experience in urgent care or ER preferred; responsibilities include exam, history, ordering/interpretation of tests, diagnoses, treatment, vaccines, and counseling; shifts approximately eight to twelve hours per shift.
