The brief

Under the direction of the Director of Operations, with matrix reporting to the Director of Nursing, the Clinical Practice Manager is responsible for the management of operations and clinical practice, including nursing practice, staff recruitment and retention, supply chain and budget, financial management, staffing, performance evaluation, quality improvement, Lean initiatives, staff education, regulatory and survey requirements, and patient-centered care; leads teams to improve clinical, operational, and financial performance of the practice and ensures 24/7 coverage of the physical location.
