The brief
Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Care at Mass General Brigham, full-time position on the 'Lighthouse' team serving Marblehead, Swampscott, Beverly, Prides Crossing, and Salem. RNs act as case managers, typically 5-6 visits/day, with support from IV/wound care specialists and case managers. Non-acute, medically necessary skilled home care including skilled nursing (IV meds, injections, wound care, care plan education), plus support services (PT, OT, SLP, social services, and medical supplies). Location primarily Marblehead and Swampscott, with coverage area including Beverly and nearby towns.
