Assists with developing, coordinating, overseeing, and implementation of clinical nutrition strategic initiatives, projects, survey management, trainings, best practices, resources, and procedural guidelines in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations governing skilled nursing centers, and as may be directed by leadership; extensive knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and registered dietitian standards of practice; minimum qualifications include Bachelor Degree in Dietetics and registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and licensure as a Registered Dietitian in the State of Georgia.
