The Director of Nursing Services for the Skilled Nursing Unit; directs the operations of the unit, ensures quality of care, coordinates QAPI, develops policies and standards of care for the Skilled Nursing Unit, oversees SNU QAPI and Infection Control committees, ensures medication administration compliance, oversees Payroll Based Journal submissions, leads QA/QI and fall prevention, infection prevention and antimicrobial stewardship, monitors CNS-related metrics, provides age-appropriate care and communicates with patients and families, assists Administrator as needed, and requires one year of medical/surgical nursing care with LTC experience preferred; licensed RN in MS.
