About this role
Participates in analyzing and evaluating clinical practice standards in terms of cost and quality; provides independent direct nursing care to patients as a Nurse Practitioner; participates in development and implementation of new standards of practice; maintains records; works in transdisciplinary teams; serves as a consultant in long-term and home care settings; identifies learning needs of staff; maintains knowledge of end-of-life care practices; maintains standard care agreement with RC Medical Director; participates in committees; engages in quality improvement and agency research; maintains professional relationships and growth; supports RC mission in end-of-life care.
