About this role
Lead telehealth care for individuals with substance use disorders as a Family Nurse Practitioner, collaborating with a team of counselors, therapists, peer support specialists, and case managers; diagnose and treat, prescribe appropriate medications (Suboxone for OUD, where appropriate), document in Healthie, and participate in team meetings; requires active Oregon FNP license, 2+ years experience in addiction, DEA registration, and willingness to obtain multi-state licensure; remote work with HIPAA-compliant telehealth setup.
