About this role
Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner (NP) for HopeHealth Hospice & Palliative Care, covering South County Hospital in Rhode Island; 40 hours per week, 8am-4:30pm; responsibilities include new and follow-up consults for seriously ill adults in inpatient and outpatient settings; requires master's or clinical doctorate in nursing, NP certification (Family/Geriatric or Adult) and RN licensure in RI; prior experience in palliative care preferred; licenses in RI and MA required; not-for-profit leading provider in MA and RI.
