About this role
Responsible for duties in support of departmental efficiencies including greeting customers, providing customer service, handling PBX operations, basic demographic data entry, securing patient/legal forms, answering calls, scanning PHI, and supporting registration and cash control; requires minimum 0–1 year customer service/medical facility experience, high school diploma or GED, 35 wpm typing, medical terminology course, and ability to work nights.
